Shipping & Return

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then reach out to our inventory managers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on back-order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

Once we confirm you order is in stock we will process the charges to your credit card. Products will normally ship within 1-3 business days. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: info@goshopbaby.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@goshopbaby.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Returns:

If you find that you aren't happy with your purchase you may return it in its original, new, unused condition within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Full manufacturer's original contests and packaging must be included. We will refund you the purchase price (less any shopping fess and/or promotional discounts) onto the credit card that was used in the original purchase. If packaging is not in new, unused condition your return could be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact info@goshopbaby.com to proceed with a return. You will need a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before you can return an item. Items returned without a valid RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not cover return shipping unless there is a shipping or packaging error on our behalf.
